American Cultures: Resources to help instructors develop and teach undergraduate courses satisfying the campus's American cultures breadth requirement; includes a summer seminar, workshops, consultation, and grants.

Freshman Seminar Program: Faculty and small groups of lower-division students explore areas of mutual interest.

Letters and Science Discovery Courses: A series of innovative courses designed to introduce students to a wide variety of disciplines, and also satisfy the L and S breadth requirements.

Undergraduate Research Apprentice Program:  Provides opportunities for undergraduates to work with faculty on cutting edge research.

OLLI: The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute is an inquiring and stimulating community of adults, age 50 and above, exploring new areas of knowledge and traditional disciplines.
