Expertise: Kroll performs research on California economic trends and their implications for real estate development opportunities and land development issues. Kroll also does ongoing evaluations of California's residential, office and industrial markets. She has worked for the State of California's Office of Economic Research, the Association of Bay Area Governments and for SRI International before coming to the Fisher Center. Kroll also has done independent consultant work on topics such as the effects of power transmission facilities on property values, and economic development implications of new policies or facilities.
