The Campanile
Free on Cal Day! | 9-3
Take the elevator to the top of Berkeley's landmark bell tower for the breathtaking panoramic view. "Fast track" your visit — pick up a time-specific ticket at the Information Center at Sather Gate or at the Campanile. Note: There are 38 stairs from the elevator landing to the observation deck; the deck is not wheelchair accessible.
Housing Tours 
Residence Halls | 10-4
Tours of each residence hall leave every 30 minutes until 3:30 pm, from the locations below. Tours include a residence-hall orientation and a look at a student room, dining area, and the Academic Service Center.
Unit 1 (co-ed high-rises): Meet at the stage at the center of the complex or, in case of rain, in the Putnam Hall main lounge.
Unit 2 (co-ed high-rises): Meet in the All-Purpose Room of the complex.
Unit 3 (co-ed high-rises): Meet on the Unit 3 volleyball court or, in case of rain, in the All-Purpose Room of the complex.
Unit 4 Bowles Hall (single-sex residence hall for men): Meet in the Bowles main lounge.
Unit 4 Stern Hall (single-sex residence hall for women): Meet in the Stern main lounge.
Unit 4 Foothill, La Loma, and Hillside (co-ed and single-sex suites): Meet in the Foothill Assembly Room.
Unit 5 Clark Kerr Campus (single-sex suites and co-ed halls): Meet at Clark Kerr Campus, Building 1.
Theme Housing | 10-4
Several themed living programs are available to Berkeley students, and three of the houses are open for tours:

• Global Environment Theme House and Green Suite
• Women in Science and Engineering Theme House

Student Co-ops | 10-3
Selected co-ops — student-run living groups — will be open for one-hour tours, leaving on the hour. Some co-ops will also host open houses.
